Sumi and her team set the bar for the industry in Oregon. We could not be happier with our salt water hot tub!! If fact, we wouldn’t move into our new home and start renovations until the hot tub was ready. West Coast Spas exceeded our expectations on all counts. It’s hard to know where to start, there are so many good things about this company. Allow me to share a bit of my experience working with them over the last 3 years.

First, I am a hard-core consumer. Like many of you I do deep research before making any major purchase. A hot tub isn’t exactly a necessity so I had to be sure I was getting a quality product with the best available deal. I only buy when I know I’m getting the BEST deal. They worked with me a bit and I couldn’t have made a better purchase.

Second, you’re buying from a family run business. That means they actually care and the business is their livelihood. Making customers happy and providing a good experience is at the core of their values & culture. I have had to call a few times with questions on maintenance (filters, chemicals, etc.) and always answered them with a smile.

Third, they stand behind their product. I fired the tub up his week after shutting it down for the summer and had an issue with one of my pumps not working. They sent a tech out the same week and fixed the issue in a jiffy (non-issue really, fuse needed to be replaced is all). Didn’t cost me a thing as its still under warranty. The tech, Eddie, was professional and knowledgeable. Even showed me how to pull my jets out to clean them.

Fourth, my hot tub is my fountain of youth. It keeps me going, keeps me moving, keeps me relaxed after a rough day, a long week, or as requested workout. I need to have this as it allows me to keep an active lifestyle. I have two amazing young boys and I want to be able to do all the cool fun activities with them when they are older. My hot tub plays a major role ensuring that can happen.
Its only money anyways, if you will use it just pull the trigger. You work hard, you deserve this!

We initially bought our hot tub because we liked their product and West Coast donates a hot tub every year to Rex Putnam high school for a fundraiser. During this past Snow and cold weather streak, our hot tub went down. They sent out their repair crew, Bob and Zach, and put in a new control pack, which was all under warranty. The owners, Scott and Sumi, provide friendly and top-notch customer service.

Sumi and the team are great. We bought our first spa here and they took the time to help us get everything going. Sumi even took the time to stop by our house to give us pointers and help us balance our water. The spa is amazing and the customer service cannot be beat. Thank you for everything.
